Ayurveda Consultations

 AyurSatnam offerings encompass individually personalised 1:1 consultations (60, 90 or 180 minutes), where we delve deep into your well-being, providing thoughtful guidance and insights.

During this session, we explore your health history, habits, diet, and concerns, engaging in discussions about physical symptoms, emotions, and sleep patterns.

 

Our process continues as we unveil your natural constitution-dosha (Prakruti) – Vata, Pitta, Kapha – and identify any imbalances (Vikruti) using methods such as pulse assessment, facial and tongue diagnosis, pinpointing the roots of health issues.

 

Upon completion of our session, you'll receive personalised recommendations, encompassing dietary guidance, recipes, daily and seasonal routines, herbal remedies, stress-releasing practices, and detox techniques, all designed to restore balance and harmony.

 

We'll regularly catch up to track your progress and fine-tune our approach. Additionally, I'll share ongoing Ayurvedic insights to empower you in making informed choices for lasting solutions. Most ideal is the 90 minutes option as the first consultation. You can email me if you inquire to meet in person or at another time.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is simply the uncoiling of yourself to find your creative potential and vitality in order to connect and unlock the resources in you. It's a technology providing efficient tools to guide you deal with the challenges of time. It clears, balances and maximizes the functioning of the body, mind and soul via guided breathing, systemised asanas, mantra chanting and meditation.

 

Yogi Bhajan said: "The kundalini experience does not mean you have gone into a deep breathless trance and are beyond this world. It integrates you more fully with reality and gives you a broader vision and sensitivity so that you can act more efficiently.
