WHAT IS AYURVEDA?

Ayurveda is one of the oldest systems of natural healing, it provides us a guidebook attaining lifelong health, longevity and self-realisation. It originates in the Vedic culture of India. Vedas are the oldest and most sacred written record of pure knowledge.

It is considered as a science of life that helps us to find and maintain our balanced state of body, mind and soul via daily and seasonal routines of diet, exercise and behaviour.

The Goal is mainly to keep the body healthy and free from disease and to guide us on how to use health as a basis of the path in enlightenment.

The five basic elements in nature (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether) manifests in the human body as three basic principals known as dosha (Constitution)

  • Ether and Air manifest in Vata dosha

  • Fire and water manifest in Pitta dosha

  • Earth and water manifest in Kapha dosha

These three principals Vata-Pitta-Kapha govern all the biological, psychological, physiopathalogical functions of the body, mind and consciousness.

WHAT IS KUNDALINI YOGA?

Kundalini Yoga is simply the uncoiling of yourself to find your creative potential and vitality in order to connect and unlock the resources in you. It's a technology providing efficient tools to guide you deal with the challenges of time. It clears, balances and maximizes the functioning of the body, mind and soul via guided breathing, systemised asanas, mantra chanting and meditation.

The master of Kundalini Yoga Yogi Bhajan said: "The kundalini experience does not mean you have gone into a deep breathless trance and are beyond this world. It integrates you more fully with reality and gives you a broader vision and sensitivity so that you can act more efficiently."

WHAT IS SYNERGY OF AYURVEDA AND KUNDALINI YOGA?

Ayurveda and Kundalini Yoga are two complementary paths that guide us toward balance, vitality, and expanded consciousness. Ayurveda works through the body, aligning us with nature’s rhythms, restoring physical harmony, and strengthening our foundation for well-being. Kundalini Yoga, on the other hand, awakens inner energy, clears mental and emotional blockages, and elevates spiritual awareness. By integrating both, my approach nurtures the body, mind, and spirit—bringing balance to your unique constitution (dosha) while unlocking your full potential through movement, breath, and meditation. This holistic fusion creates a powerful journey toward self-healing, clarity, and transformation.
