
WHAT IS AYURVEDA?
Ayurveda is one of the oldest systems of natural healing, it provides us a guidebook attaining lifelong health, longevity and self-realisation. It is considered as a science of life that helps us to find and maintain our balanced state of body, mind and soul via daily and seasonal routines of diet, exercise and behaviour. It originates in the ancient Vedic culture of India.

The five basic elements in nature (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether) manifests in the human body as three basic principals known as dosha (Constitution)

Ether and Air manifest in Vata dosha

Fire and water manifest in Pitta dosha

Earth and water manifest in Kapha dosha
These three principals Vata-Pitta-Kapha govern all the biological, psychological, physiopathalogical functions of the body, mind and consciousness.
WHAT IS KUNDALINI YOGA?
Kundalini Yoga is simply the uncoiling of yourself to find your creative potential and vitality in order to connect and unlock the resources in you. It's a technology providing efficient tools to guide you deal with the challenges of time. It clears, balances and maximizes the functioning of the body, mind and soul via guided breathing, systemised asanas, mantra chanting and meditation.
The master of Kundalini Yoga Yogi Bhajan said: "The kundalini experience does not mean you have gone into a deep breathless trance and are beyond this world. It integrates you more fully with reality and gives you a broader vision and sensitivity so that you can act more efficiently."
